 Patricio has been practicing law since 2017 when he was admitted to the Florida Bar. Patricio’s passion is to serve his community and it has been his focus to provide his clients with aggressive legal representation. His practice areas are immigration, bankruptcy both creditor and consumer representation, family law, real estate law, traffic, and DUI defense. Patricio is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the State Bar of Florida. Patricio is also authorized to practice immigration law throughout the United States and has, in fact, represented many clients in immigration proceedings both in immigration courts and at detention centers in states including Florida, Louisiana, California, Arizona, Georgia, New York, Chicago, New Mexico, Texas, and Nevada, among others.
